What we do

Foya Development is an affordable housing developer. We are focused on affordable housing because better communities begin with affordable housing –people without stable housing have little time or energy to contribute to their communities.

We believe all working families deserve a quality, affordable and safe place they call home, so that their children can get a good start in life. According to the National Law Center on Homelessness and Poverty, the typical child in a family without permanent housing changes schools three or more times a year.

We are products of public housing and public schools. Our experience of what affordable housing is and should be is first hand.
